I just started gym climbing last fall, and started outdoor climbing this spring. The RC group was recommended to me as a good place to find climbing partners.
"I climb at about a 5.8/5.9 level. The current profile photo is me at the top of After Six in Yosemite."
This group consists of all experience levels, so no one feels out of place. A lot of great people who are fun to hang out with.

Outdoor climbing at Jackson Falls
"Ok, so everyone who's comfortable finding each other in the valley just head on down and meet up down there by Yos slab and Spleef. I'll get to the parking lot about 10:30, hang around for a while, and then come down and find you guys."
Outdoor climbing at Jackson Falls
"Dustin & John, if no one else is coming, the three of you can start climbing early and I'll just find you down in the valley when I get there. That way you don't have to hike all the way back up. I'll wait until tomorrow and see if anyone else is in."
Jackson falls.....one last time?
"I can do Saturday, but have to drive back Saturday evening too. Want me to put it up on the calendar?"
Anyone up for a road trip over Thanksgiving weekend?
"I got the guidebook and everything looks good - just need a coherent plan, lol... How many people think they'll be interested and for what days? I definitely wouldn't be leading any trad routes harder than 5.5 or 5.6. Fortress Wall looks promising."
"Wish I could but I'm on call this weekend so have to stay around town. Hoping to get at least one more trip out there in this year though."
"Hey dude. I just joined the group a couple weeks ago. I think I met you and one of your friends at Jackson Falls earlier this summer and tried to give you my email address. Left it on the window of the Subaru. Well anyways if this is you get in contact with me I would like to get out climbing. I have some questions about your trip to Yosemite too."
