Once again it's time for the ACSD monthly meeting at Callahans pub and brewery. If you have not been there, it is a very casual dining and drinking location. The meeting starts at 7:00, but many show up early to talk about their latest adventures in climbing.
This is a good time to get up to date beta on all the issues that our local climbing crags are faced with.
Come and get together with us.

Did I mention dining and drinking. Two of things that many of the local climbers seem to enjoy.

There is no cost (unless you drink and dine).

I booked a camp site in Idyllwild for climbing adventure! As we all know Idyllwild is a wonderful playground for climbing and hiking. If you come along on this exciting trip you can choose your own adventure: Suicide group climbing or (if you can grab a partner) Taquitz multipitch! We can climb all day and hang out at the campfire at night! If the trip fills up I'll grab another site! Bring a couple of bucks for the campground.

This area is so much fun in the summer but it's dangerous too. If you choose an adventure then make sure you're prepared and know what you're doing.

I am looking for a partner to climb El Whampo with~ If there is anyone who is up for a 5.7 all day multipich (leading with me or following) then let me know.

It's time to climb around the world! at least the world of Mission Gorge. After work climbing outdoors is like a world tour for the soul! There aren't many opportunities for after work climbing left. The days are getting shorter and so climb outside while you can!

I promise that I'll meet all y'all at 5pm at the parking area outside the gate. I'll have a blue car.

Hello all

Please consider joining ACSD and the Access fund for a trail day at stonewall peak. Anyone who is interested will be meeting at Paso Picacho campground in Cuyamaca state park at 8 am. Please bring work cloves, water, sunscreen a hat and a smile. Long pants are required along with work boots.

I know this probably doesn't sound like a lot of fun, but it's one of the ways that the local climbing community can show it's gratitude for having some of these back country areas to climb at. This is one of the parks that our politicians, in their great wisdom (wise politician? yeah right) has threatened to close because of lack of funds (I'd vote for lack of wisdom) .

So if possible please attempt to make this date available.

There is a $6.00 parking charge at this campground, carpooling is recommended.
some of us will be climbing after the trail work, get a full workout with us.

Hi all,

Lets climb outdoors again on Wednesday. Climbing is fun and good for growing up tall and strong. All the other kids are going. Little Jack, Benji, and Brandon should be there and all the other weebelows. Meet in the parking area of MG Road outside the gate. My mom has a blue car.
