A few months ago, someone at VH had a "magic massaging stick" that he used on me.... ooooh doctor! You roll this thing over you "pumped" muscle and the pumpedness is gone! Well, I looked into it a little bit more and found this

A little more research and I found it for sale at Road Runner Sport (directly across the street from RE)I.

I have been using it for a few days and it is amazing. It helps work out kinks and pains and knots and pumps and all kinds of other things. Seeings that I have been running alot these days, I am having leg tightness also and this thing is freaking awesome. There are three different sizes and range in price from $20-$45.

I am bringing my stick to Jtree this weekend and will let you try it out. If you have tightness or soreness post climbing/ workout, I HIGHLY recommend it.

So I have been using this muscle massager on my arms, shoulders, legs, and feet for a few days now. My arches (feet) have stopped hurting (I didn't realize they were hurting in the first place), my IT bands (outter thighs) have stopped hurting, and my shoulder (torn rotator cuff) has decreased in pain by about 90%. Amazing. Freaking amazing.

Yup! The Stick is pure muscle-happy love.

By the way, it was great to see you at the finish of AFC! Hoping I get out of work early enough tomorrow to make it down for a climb.

Hope all is well!
