Regular meetup at Mission Cliffs, San Francisco.

All levels are welcome. New climbers will be required to take a belay safety class. The classes have limited number of people they can handle for each class. The belay safety class starts at 7pm and it's recommended that you show up a bit earlier to get a better chance of snagging a spot (at least 15 min prior). There's also an earlier class at 6pm.

For all other levels, you will need to get a permanent belay check card if you don't have one already. Just indicate that you need to get one when purchasing your day pass.

We'll all meet by the foosball table at 7pm. Look for the guy with the blue top and black shorts (Brian). If you show up a little later you can also have the front desk page Brian Chang (thanks Greg for the tip).

Day pass after 3pm is $18.
Belay safety class is $28 (includes a day pass for the rest of the night).
Equipment rental is $5.

    New members who attended this Tues event: I think the organizers need to change the meetup setting--there usually isn't a group event in SF on Tuesdays--I think this was an accidental auto event repeat posting. Daniel--you might want to check on that so newbies don't show for this Tuesday event expecting an organizer to be present.

    "I was waiting at the foosball table at 7 PM sharp. I kept asking people if they were with meetup group, but never found the group. I was hoping someone would recognize me from my picture. Fortunately I brought a friend who was learning, but it would have been nice to climb with the group."
