This group is designed to inspire our creative feminine energy through movement of the mind, body, and soul. We'll be partaking in a variety of activities from yoga, tai chi, pilates, and dance... as well as exploring the wilderness through hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, kayaking, and more!  We'll also enjoy delicious pot-luck socials and local events that tempt our interest.
